Team Leader and Change Agent
In his more than 5 years at Applied Tech, Jeremiah has rapidly assumed new responsibilities in a variety of roles reflecting his strong team leadership skills. As Director of Support Services, he leads a team of 40 technical professionals supporting more than 12,000 users every day.
His leadership skills were literally forged under fire in the US Army where led a group pf 8 soldiers in more than 150 combat missions in Iraq during his 4-year stint.
Jeremiah holds two different degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology. With a strong passion for self-improvement, he is accumulating certifications in ITIL 4, a framework for creating value through continuous improvement.
When he’s not leading our Support team, Jeremiah is focused on raising his two young kids, Penelope and Charlie, along with his wife Malorie. They cherish any time they get to spend together hanging out at the park and animal watching at the local zoo in Madison.
