DENVER – Aug 13, 2015 – Platte River Networks has announced that they have been recognized by UBM Channel as a member of CRN’s fifth annual elite Next-Gen 250 list. It is an annual list of North American solution providers that are setting the pace in meeting customers’ ever-evolving IT needs. Who offer, or even specialize, in emerging technologies and so, have the potential to greatly impact the channel in the near future. This marks the third year in a row that Platte River Networks has been chosen for this elite list and the fourth time in five years.
The channel today is undergoing seismic shifts as new technologies such as cloud computing, software-defined networking, hyper-converged infrastructure and big data reshape the IT industry. All solution providers on the Next-Gen 250 list are selected through research, vendor and analyst interviews, and CRN editorial coverage. These companies have successfully transformed themselves by adding new technologies, services and skills to their business practices.
