This month, we get to know Drea Kisting, our Integrations Manager at Applied Tech. Drea has been with us for 2 years and is in charge of managing internal projects, the main ticketing system, all integrations, and processes, and assisting with business growth, strategy and implementation as it relates to mergers & acquisitions. Her favorite part is putting her passions and talents to good use to help the company grow.
Drea is originally from Madison Wisconsin and has an Associate of Science in Information Technology. Prior to working at Applied Tech, Drea had worked in a variety of positions including SEO Manager and Web Site Designer, medical claims processing, and electronic claims portal support, and even worked as a mechanic before pursuing her career in IT.
In her free time, Drea enjoys Pokemon Go, diamond painting and other crafts, DIY home projects, video games, Dungeons and Dragons, and traveling. She is happiest when she is at home with her family grilling. If she could be anything, she would want to be a philanthropist or operate a non-profit that helps people facing adversity. Drea’s favorite book is Anada Finds Her Voice, a book written for her by her dad when she was young. It is very special to her and she even has a tattoo of one of the illustrations.
Drea has 2 cats, M’aiq the Liar (Bub) and Princess Zelda (Goofus) and 2 geckos, Parthurnaax (Pinky) and J’Zargo (Spots). Her favorite Superhero is Black Widow and her favorite movie is the Nightmare Before Christmas.
