Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication requires a user to enter their user id and password with an additional code that is sent via text or email.  This simple extra layer of protection is recommended by all security professionals to reduce the risk of unwanted access to your organizational data.  If your organization is regulated, this technology is likely required to be implemented.

Multi-factor authentication is part of the Azure active directory licensing.  Applied Tech can work with your staff to implement the technology but more importantly help roll this out to your users.
