Sandy asks: “I was giving a PowerPoint presentation and the slides showed up fine on my laptop but when the presentation was projected on the screen a big chunk of my slides were cut off. How can I correct this so my presentation views correctly?”
Hi Sandy,
It sounds like the resolution of the laptop is not compatible with the projector you were using.
Give this a try next time: Adjust the computer’s resolution until the entire image is visible on the projector screen. To do this: Right-click on the Desktop > select Properties > settings > drag the Screen Resolution bar to a setting that will show the entire image. Usually 1024 x 768 is a compatible resolution setting.
